Following on the theme set by Morrison & MacKay’s The Big Strand, this is a single malt from one of Scotland’s most prolific whisky producing regions – Speyside (The Big Strand was an Islay single malt). They’ve left which distillery produced this whisky a mystery for us all to ponder over.

Stem ginger and brandy snaps. Yet more vanilla, with a scoop of rum-raisin ice cream.
