Tasting Note:
Rich and fragrant Barolo, heady with sweet spice and leather, with a delicious chewiness reminiscent of underbrush and dried flowers.

Winemaking:
Origin:blend of 3 vineyards of property in the communes of Serralunga d’Alba,La Morra and Verdun. Harvest time: 26th/1st October 2012 Fermentation: 15 days at 28°C in stainless steel vats with control of temperature and with 6 pumpings over per day

Vineyard :
We have created our vineyards focusing the attention on the most suitable selections in order to express the highest potential of each grape and of each place. The vines are trained with the traditional Guyot simple system and the grapes are all picked by hand before being transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Our vineyards are managed according to the principles of sustainable
agriculture.

Roasted, skewered and grilled red meats and ripe cheeses.
